Account Creation & Security
To access the full features of the eb04 platform, you must register an account using accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. eb04 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. You are required to notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
Eb04 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including during registration, fund withdrawals or when suspicious account activity is detected. Failure to comply with such verification requests may result in a temporary account suspension.

Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the eb04 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). eb04 supports local payment methods including FPX, DuitNow and Interbank GIRO (IBG/IBFT). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate and valid.
Deposits will be credited to the user's account upon successful verification. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. For withdrawals, eb04 will process requests within a specified timeframe based on the withdrawal amount and any applicable verification requirements.
Eb04 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for security or compliance review purposes. Any winnings suspected to have been obtained through fraud, system manipulation or a breach of these terms may be voided without compensation. All withdrawals are subject to additional conditions outlined in the platform's withdrawal policy, available during the withdrawal process.
Users are advised to review all transaction details before confirming any payment. eb04 will not be liable for any loss arising from incorrect information entered by the user during the deposit or withdrawal process.

Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Eb04 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances: breach of terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or at the request of a relevant authority. Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, the associated account balance may be frozen while an investigation is conducted.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact eb04 customer support. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all verification requirements have been met and there are no outstanding pending bets.
